These terms govern access to BTC Horizon, a free experimental research service operated by Marcos Mendes, an individual based in Portugal. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Research only
All prices, forecasts, intervals, probabilities, and performance figures are general experimental analytics. They are not financial advice, an offer, a recommendation, or a trading signal.
Risk and model limits
Bitcoin is highly volatile and you can lose money. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect, and forecasts may fail materially. Historical tests and past forecast performance do not guarantee future results. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should seek qualified advice when appropriate.
Third-party data
Market observations originate from third-party providers. Provider names identify data sources and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. Availability and permitted uses remain subject to provider rights and agreements. BTC Horizon may remove, delay, aggregate, or replace a source.
Permitted use
You may view the service for personal, non-commercial research. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, republish, create a competing data feed from, circumvent access controls for, overload, or misuse BTC Horizon or its API. Public API access, if offered, is a limited technical preview and is not a licence to redistribute market data.
Intellectual property
BTC Horizon software, presentation, original text, model outputs, and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names and market data remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
The service is provided without an uptime commitment and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn. Features, models, data sources, limits, and these terms may change; material changes will be reflected by an updated date.
No warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, BTC Horizon is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness, profitability, or uninterrupted operation. The operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
